CLASS RESEARCH IN THE
MEDIA CENTER Classes from a variety of subject areas visit the library each day to do research for projects, check out books to read for assignments, and to work on the computers in the media center. Teachers collaborate with the Media Specialist in advance of their visit so that specific research strategies and materials can be presented to the students to give them the skills to be efficient and effective researchers.

ONE ACCESS
This is a cooperative program between Charlotte Mecklenburg Public libraries and Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. With their student ID number, students can logon to:
cmlibrary.org/studentsuccess,
then they enter their student ID number in the first box and the last four digits of their ID number in the second box to gain access to ebooks, e-audio books, multiple datbases, and can borrow up to ten library books. The other perk of this program is that these services are all provided at no cost. We are very excited about the expanded access to information that is provided through this program.
